After studying the Shape and principle of the fitness device, the design team determined three forms, which can be used as barbell by users in the original state. By bending it, it exercises the user's chest and legs. When disassembled into monomers, each monomer can be used as a dumbbell to exercise the arm, and when reassembled it can be used as an abdominal muscle wheel to exercise the abdominal muscles.
