Trident
Trident is a public toilet designed as a standardized and modular street building. Each unit is a single-storey structure with an area of 40 to 70 square meters. The facade is clad with a perforated panel curtain wall finished in blue fluorocarbon paint. A photovoltaic system on the roof supplies electricity for the toilet and can also support nearby residents. Sensor faucets, flush valves, an integrated artificial marble washing counter and an air purification system keep the interior clean and easy to maintain.
Trident Public Toilet by Mccacti Creative Consulting Co.,Ltd. has been featured as an innovative representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Trident Public Toilet received the Silver A' Design Award in Street Furniture Design in 2020. The A' Street and City Furniture Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize that honors exceptional design of benches, bollards, bus shelters, bicycle racks, litter bins, planters, signage, lighting fixtures and more.
